Receiving purchase confirmation email

Print off the purchase confirmation email and it keep safe

Once the purchase is completed, our secure ecommerce provider Share-it will send an email to the customer confirming the purchase and will also notify the Licensors about the purchase transaction. The initial instructions are contained in this email from Share-it. When the User opens the business continuity the system will validate and activate the Users license details.

Downloading the software

The purchase confirmation email will contain a download link for downloading the installation files. We recommend saving the installation files before installing although you can install direct from the download link if you prefer.

Activation code

The activation code will be sent to the user by the Licensor once the activation code has been set up following purchase. For further information about the activation procedure see the Activating the software topic in this "Getting Started" section.
