Activating the software


Activation process

After completing the installation process, the Activation process should be completed. Add the activation numver number included in the intial email from Share-it, the Users name and the User's email address.





Click the "Activate" button and the system will attempt to activate the software. If the activation process is successful a message will display informing the User.


 


If the process fails then the following message will appear.



If your copy of the Business Continuity information has not yet been activated you will not be able to open the software. Once you have purchased one or more licenses you will be sent an email from the Licensor with a purchase reference number for activation purposes. Click on the “Register License” button and type in your payment registration number and your name and email address and click on the “Register” button. You should receive a message confirming that your Business Continuity information license has been successfully registered. If not contact Support@easy2solve.com.


Activation code

The activation code included in the email from the licensors should be kept safe as this information is used to validate the User's license(s) and is also used to verify the User's identity when support is required or when updates or upgrades are required.


Activation support

If there is any problem with the activation set-up process at the Licensors end, the Licensors will contact the customer accordingly. If the User experiences any problems with the activation process they should immediately contact support@easy2solve.com.
