Uninstalling the business continuity software

If you wish to uninstall the business continuity   you need to open the Control Panel, locate the program to be uninstalled and then follow the on screen instructions.  The Uninstall routine will remove all the files that were installed with the business continuity with the exception of the User data backend file. The uninstall routine is the sdame for all three business continuity versions.
 

Close the software before uninstalling

Before starting the uninstall process please ensure that the business continuity  software is not open on the system and if it is intended to reinstall business continuity software in the future then please ensure that you make a back up of the backend files.



User Data Files - [UserData.E2S]

The User data files will not normally be uninstalled during the uninstall process. However we recommend that the data files are fully backed up before carry out the uninstalling routine
.


Step 1 - Select the Uninstall method

Ensure that the business continuity program is closed and then open the computers Control Panel. Choose the Unistall programs option in the Control Panel and select the business continuity program. 



Start the uninstall process by double clicking on the selected program. The following screen will appear:




Choose "Yes" if you want to uninstall the business continuity .


Step 2 - The system then prepares the removal process & uninstalls



A limited amount of time is provided to interrupt the process before the uninstall process is completed.
