Managing the date format
The Business Continuity information has two date formats DD/MMM/YYYY or MMM/DD/YYYY. This can be set on a system wide basis by each User.
Click on the System icon 
on the main screen and the systems set up screen will appear as follows:
Click on the "Date format" dropdown and select the required format. In order to effect the change in date format throughout the system, the Business Continuity information will then log off and the User will need to log on again.
