Customization of the log on screen and reports

In the Business Continuity information the Log on screen and BCMS reports may be customized with the Organization name and the locations covered within the BCMS scope.




Adding the User organization name, locations and persons responsible for the BCMS

To add or amend the User organization name and how it appears on the log on screen and BCMS reports, the locations covered by the BCMS and the persons with overall responsibility for the BCMS and the business continuity software , open the systems set up screen by clicking on the "System" icon  . The systems set up screen then appears in the following format:

Type in the User organization name in the text box beneath the heading "Organization name" and also type in the locations covered by the BCMS in the text box beneath the heading "Location(s) covered by BCMS".  Type in the name of the senior manager responsible for the BCMS and the name of the person responsible for maintaining the business continuity software in the appropriate boxes on the set up screen.  This new information will then appear on the Log on screen.
