Set up and maintenance of employee related data

This screen is designed to record information about the employees involved in the BCMS process or in carrying out tasks following a significant disruptive incident. The information includes contact details and the information is utilized and reported elsewhere in the BCMS. 



Employees - main screen

The main list box contains the first and last names for each employee; their job title; and their business unit. This list can be sorted to display the contents by first name, last name, job title and business unit.
 

The contact and other related information can be displayed in a pop-up at the bottom of the screen by clicking on the "Details" icon. Clicking on the "Competency" or "Teams" icons will also display information about the selected employee. It is important that  information about the employee is kept up to date.
