Key customers

Set up and maintenance of key customer contact data

This screen is designed to record information about key customers who are likely to be affected following a significant disruptive incident. The information includes contact details and the information is utilized and reported elsewhere in the BCMS.

Key customers - main screen

The main list box contains the first and last names for each key customer; their company name and job title; and the main contact details. This list can be sorted to display the contents by first name, last name, job title and company.

The contact and other related information can be displayed in a pop-up at the bottom of the screen by clicking on the "Details" icon. It is important that information about key customers is kept up to date.
