BCMS reports publication control  

Recording the latest version number for publication of reports from the business continuity

It is important to record the latest version number to be published for BCMS Reports. This will ensure that information being used from the Business Continuity information is up to date and current.

To navigate to change this information, click on the System icon on the main screen and the systems set up screen will appear as follows:



The publication version number and the date published is located at the bottom left hand side of the system set up screen. To change this information, enter in a new version number in the "Latest version no." text box and change the date by clicking on the calender and selecting the correct date. When using the calender facility in the Business Continuity information, choose the "Year" and "Month" first and then click on the "Day" last. Clicking on the "Day" enters the selected date into the system.

This new information will now appear at the foot of selected reports from the Business Continuity information.
