Other key stakeholders  

 

Set up and maintenance of other key stakeholder's contact data

This section explains how to add, delete and edit other key stakeholders' records in the ORMS.


Add a new other key stakeholder record

To add a new record in the selected group, click the Add (+) button and enter the persons details into the pop-up. Click "Save" and the details will be saved and the list box updated. Click cancel at any time to cancel the activity.

 

Delete selected other key stakeholder

To delete the selected other key stakeholder, click the "Delete (-)" button and if the stakeholder has not already been used in the system then choose "Yes"  to confirm or "No".
 


Click "Yes" to confirm the delete and "No" to cancel. If the person has already been used in the system then alternatively a warning message appears informing the User that the selected other key stakeholder may not by deleted whilst already being in use in the BCMS.  Click ok to return to the previous screen.  Great care should be exercised when deleting records in the  BCMS as this action is not reversible and any related data may be lost. It is advisable to ensure the data files have been backed up before permanently deleting records.


Edit a other key stakeholder's record in the BCMS

To edit a record, click on the edit button and amend the stakeholder's details in the pop-up. Click "Save" and the details will be saved and the list box updated. Click cancel at any time to cancel the activity. 

  

 Contact details

On clicking this icon the following pop-up appears displaying the selected other key stakeholder's contact details.




Information is maintained about other key stakeholders so that they can easily be contacted in emergency where that emergency can affect the organizations dealings with the stakeholder.  Contact with the other key stakeholder in these situations is normally carried out only by specifically authorized persons.
