Accessing the licensing screen

To access the license screen click on the "EULA" button located at the foot of the log on screen.





Licensing screen

This screen, similar to the image below, displays information about the license held by the User or User's organization.  





Current license type

This displays the category of license held.  There are two categories available: Master License or Additional User License. All organizations must have one Master User license for the software to operate properly.


Activation details

The first time the software is opened, the User is required to provide purchase details on the Activation form in order to activate the software. The User is required to enter the purchase reference number, their name and email address on the Activation form. The Purchase reference number will be found on the email sent to the User after purchase.  These details added to the activation form are displayed on the licensing screen.


Edit activation details

To change the submitted activation information please click on the "Edit Activation Details" button and enter the amended information.



License expiry date

In order to continue to use the software on a uninterrupted basis, the license must be kept current. The license should therefore be renewed prior to the expiry date. To renew your license please contact
sales@easy2solve.com purchase reference number, organization name and valid contact name and email address.


End User License Agreement (EULA)

A copy of the End User License Agreement accepted by the User as part of the installation process can be accessed in this section. Every access and use of the software and other information supplied with the software is strictly governed by the terms of the EULA. A copy of the EULA can be printed from the licensing screen.
