View linked process continuity plans  

 

Process continuity plans linked to the selected incident response plan 

Clicking on the "Linked"  icon whilst in Module 9, displays a list of those process continuity plans that have been mapped to the selected incident response plan through the business continuity mapping process. 



This function allows the User to view the list of tasks set up for a particular process continuity plan in order to compare and coordinate those tasks to the list of tasks set up for mapped incident response plans.  The process continuity list box only displays a list of processes where it is a requirement to prepare a process continuity plan in preparation for potential disruption. This requirement is set up in Module 4.

Click on the processes and activities in the first list box to view the assets and resources mapped to those processes and activities in the second list box.  Click on the assets and resources in the second list box to view the tasks that have been set up in the respective process continuity plan. These tasks appear in the right hand list box.
