Viewing components mapped to the selected process or activity

This pop-up shows the operational components and potential incidents that have been mapped to the selected process or activity. Information displayed includes the component type code; component name; RTO value; MTPD value; criticality value; whether included in BCMS scope (S); and whether a manual overwrite value has been set up for the component (O). On open the pop-up automatically displays the RTO and MTPD values.

Click on the "Criticality" radio button in the mapped components pop-up to alternatively display the criticality values.

Mapped key products services & other critical objectives

This area shows critical products, services or other critical objectives that depend upon the selected key process or activity. The relationship between the critical objective and the key process or activity has been created through the mapping process.  The RTO, MTPD and criticality values for the critical objectives are calculated through the BIA process on a "worst case" basis. These values can be manually overwritten by the User.

Mapped key assets & resources

This area shows key assets & resources that are being used in the selected process or activity. The relationship between the assets & resources and the process or activity has been created through the mapping process.  The RTO, MTPD and criticality values are calculated through the mapping process and BIA process on a "worst case" basis. These values can be manually overwritten by the User.

Mapped potentially disruptive incidents

This area shows the potential incidents that could disrupt the selected process or activity. The relationship between the potential incident and the process or activity has been created through the mapping process.  The list box also displays the probability rating for each mapped potential incident. The probability rating can be amended in Module 6.
