Viewing mapped risk treatment
Risk treatments related to processes and activities through mapping processRisk treatment upgrade activities are in place either to protect assets and resources from potential damage, malfunction or interruption, to reduce potential impact or to transfer or reduce the risk. Risk treatment upgrade projects are either to improve existing risk treatments or to introduce new ones. Clicking the risk treatment icon displays the following pop-up:
Mapping risk treatments and upgrades
The risk treatment mapping process is handled in Module 7. Due to the relational database structure in the business continuity software, the mapping process enables each mapped component to be viewed in relation to any other component. Clicking the "risk treatments" icon in Module 4 you can view the risk treatments and risk treatment upgrade projects that are mapped to each process or activity.
